Receive individual coaching sessions from an International Coaching Federation Certified Coach with over 30 years of senior leadership experience and formal education in the science of human flourishing.
Teams of 8-12 participate in a facilitated learning program consisting of 10 sessions designed to improve individual and leadership skills based on principles that are scientifically correlated to personal and organizational thriving.
